回转曝气风机在环保工艺

一、水流速的问题

1、 The problem of water velocity

管道流速应控制在16m/s以下,流速越快,管网阻力越大,可能会导致鼓风机喘振,增加回转式风机负荷。

The pipeline flow rate shall be controlled below 16m / s. The faster the flow rate, the greater the resistance of the pipe network, which may lead to surge of the blower and increase the load of the rotary fan.

二、曝气回转风机的质量

2、 Quality control of aeration rotary fan

在国内市场,曝气机品种繁多,质量参差不齐,价格跨度大。由于缺乏相关的行业标准,作坊式生产方式普遍存在。例如,对橡胶曝气机而言,每次所使用的原料及配料不尽相同,导致产品质量不稳定。例:碳黑添加过量,胶板就会硬化,阻力增大;碳黑添加不足,胶板太软,则容易破裂;甚至还存在使用再生橡胶等情况。所以,非工业化生产的产品,其质量很难控制。如果曝气机释放量(释放量与水深、压力、流速、曝气机胶膜质量均有关系)无法达到工艺要求,导致回转式鼓风流量释放率70%时,就会发生喘振及增加风机压力。

If the release amount of the aerator (the release amount is related to the water depth, pressure, flow rate and the quality of the rubber film of the aerator) cannot meet the process requirements, resulting in 70% release rate of the rotary blast flow, surge will occur and the fan pressure will be increased.

三、止回阀的使用不同

3、 Check valves are used differently

各个生产厂家的止回阀中的拉簧硬度不一,局部阻力损失也就不同。如果总体管道阻力损失大于回转式风机出口压力,也会出现喘振。回转式风机停机时,需先关闭进口蝶阀,再关闭出口蝶阀,这完全可以避免倒水问题,不需安装出口端止回阀。增加止回阀会加大阻力损失,增加设备成本和运行费用。

The hardness of the tension spring in the check valve of each manufacturer is different, and the local resistance loss is also different. Surge will also occur if the overall pipe resistance loss is greater than the outlet pressure of the rotary fan. When the rotary fan is shut down, it is necessary to close the inlet butterfly valve first and then the outlet butterfly valve, which can completely avoid the problem of water pouring, and there is no need to install the check valve at the outlet end. Increasing the check valve will increase the resistance loss and increase the equipment cost and operation cost.

四、环境温度的变化

4、 Changes in ambient temperature

根据风机行业标准,回转式风机设计气温为20℃,每升高1℃,出口压力会下降20mmH2O左右。例如,夏季气温为38℃时,出口压力就会下降360mmH2O。本公司根据我国大多数地区夏季普遍高温的气候特征,将回转式风机进口端设计温度提高至37℃,即相同轴功率下,出口端压力比 标准高出340mmH2O。根据使用现场的具体情况,在进行回转式风机的选型时,也要考虑气温变化对风机出口压力的影响。当风机使用地日极限温度37℃时,按20mmH2O/1℃对进气端压力进行补偿。

五、海拔高度的变化

回转式风机设计压力为98kpa(海拔高度150m,1atm)。当风机使用地点的海拔高度hgt;150m时,应在出口压力和进口流量作适当补偿,以保证设备正常运行。

六、并网的问题:

二台或多台回转式风机并网时,必须考虑并网增加的阻力。以往有的用户在使用单台风机时运转正常,但二台或多台回转式风机并网时出现空气流量不足,电机电流上不去的现象,这与总体供气能力、曝气机布局、释放能力是否同步、输气管道配置是否合理等因素有关。

When two or more rotary fans are connected to the grid, the increased resistance of grid connection must be considered. In the past, some users operated normally when using a single fan, but when two or more rotary fans were connected to the grid, the air flow was insufficient and the motor current could not go up, which was related to the overall gas supply capacity, whether the layout and release capacity of aerators were synchronized, and whether the configuration of gas transmission pipelines was reasonable.

七、并联问题:

7、 Parallel problem:

污水处理风机放空阀的使用多台风机并联,只需安装一个放空阀。鼓风机启动时,若曝气头还未打通,可打开放空阀,放空部分气体,使鼓风机达到一定的流量,待升压平稳后再,关闭放空阀。这样可以解决因低流量造成压力上不去的喘振问题。

For the vent valve of sewage treatment fan, multiple fans are connected in parallel, and only one vent valve needs to be installed. When the blower is started, if the aeration head has not been opened, open the vent valve to vent some gas to make the blower reach a certain flow, and then close the vent valve after the pressure rise is stable. This can solve the surge problem caused by low flow.

八、管网阻力问题:

如果鼓风机出口后管网阻力选用过高,打开进口阀门时,电动机电流会超过额定电流,这是因为回转式风机做功压力超出管网总体阻力的部分会转化成空气流量。在出口阀门全开状态下,压力表所示压力不是风机的做功压力,而是管网总体阻力。根据性能曲线图,总体阻力降低,流量就会相应加大,电流也就加大。此时只要将出口阀门关小,增加人为阻力,使出口端压力表达到额定压力,电流就会正常。关小出口阀门目的是截流超负荷流量,回转式风机额定流量不会减小,只是增快了流速。

When the outlet valve is fully open, the pressure shown on the pressure gauge is not the work pressure of the fan, but the overall resistance of the pipe network. According to the performance curve, if the overall resistance decreases, the flow will increase accordingly and the current will increase. At this time, as long as the outlet valve is turned down, the artificial resistance is increased, and the pressure at the outlet end is expressed to the rated pressure, the current will be normal. The purpose of closing the outlet valve is to stop the overload flow. The rated flow of the rotary fan will not decrease, but increase the flow rate.

九、效率问题:

9、 Efficiency issues:

不管是哪种类型的曝气回转式风机,其效率都是相对的,在实际运行中不可能总是保持更高 效率,任何增加的阻力(如阀门、管道弯头、曝气器阻力)都会使效率降低。所以保持回转式风机高效率运行,和工艺流程设计是密不可分的。

No matter what type of aeration rotary fan, its efficiency is relative. It is impossible to always maintain the highest efficiency in actual operation. Any increased resistance (such as valve, pipe elbow and aerator resistance) will reduce the efficiency. Therefore, maintaining high-efficiency operation of the rotary fan is inseparable from process design.
