回转式鼓风机的抽空现象在实际的应用中,总会出现各种各样的状况,抽空现象是回转式鼓风机故障的众多原因之一,总会让大家感到很头疼。如果回转式鼓风机发生抽空现象怎么办?
The evacuation phenomenon of the rotary blower in practical application, there will always be a variety of situations. The evacuation phenomenon is one of the many reasons for the failure of the rotary blower, which will always give everyone a headache. What if the rotary blower is evacuated?
1)泵体振动大。机械密封的动、静环会不断发生间歇性碰撞,导致泄漏发生,严重时机械密封结构失效;

2)机械密封的动静环的压紧是介质压力和弹簧的预紧力之和,当抽空后,介质压力就会没有,动静环的接触压力就会变小,密封失效;

3)泵抽空后,采用自冲洗方案(即利用泵送介质冲洗)的机械密封动静环端面失去了冷却和润滑,发生干摩,机械密封失效。

一、附带状况况

1.电机电流下降。2.压力大幅波动。3.流量异常波动。4.发出杂音异声。5.泵体发生振动。6.泵缸温度升高。
1. Motor current drops. 2. The pressure fluctuates greatly. 3. Abnormal flow fluctuation. 4. Make noise. 5. The pump body vibrates. 6. The pump cylinder temperature rises.
二、产生抽空的原因
2、 Causes of evacuation
1.回转式鼓风机入口处发生漏气。2.回转式鼓风机入口处发生堵塞。3、回转式鼓风机入口处压力不够。4.回转式鼓风机入口处介质温度过高饱和蒸汽过大。5、回转式鼓风机入口阀未开或是阀芯脱落。6.回转式鼓风机出口开度太大(小)。7.回转式鼓风机封油带水。8.回转式鼓风机塔或容器内液面液位低或者无液位。9、回转式鼓风机叶轮或是内磨环磨损严重。10.回转式鼓风机电机反转。
1. Air leakage occurs at the inlet of rotary blower. 2. The inlet of rotary blower is blocked. 3. Insufficient pressure at the inlet of rotary blower. 4. The medium temperature at the inlet of the rotary blower is too high and the saturated steam is too large. 5. The inlet valve of rotary blower is not opened or the valve core falls off. 6. The outlet opening of rotary blower is too large (small). 7. The rotary blower seals oil with water. 8. The liquid level in the tower or container of the rotary blower is low or there is no liquid level. 9. The impeller or internal wear ring of rotary blower is seriously worn. 10. Reverse rotation of rotary blower motor.
三、抽空相对应的处理方法
3、 Corresponding treatment method of evacuation
1.若是入口漏气,则应停泵检查回转式鼓风机的泄漏入口管线及法兰。
1. In case of air leakage at the inlet, stop the pump and check the leakage inlet pipeline and flange of the rotary blower.
2.若是入口堵塞,则应停泵检查回转式鼓风机的泄漏入口管线及叶轮,进行吹扫后进行检修。
2. If the inlet is blocked, stop the pump, check the leakage inlet pipeline and impeller of the rotary blower, and conduct maintenance after purging.
3、若是入口压力不够,则应提高液面背压。
3. If the inlet pressure is not enough, increase the liquid level back pressure.
4.若是入口介质温度过高,则应降低介质温度,将回转式鼓风机内蒸汽放空排争。
4. If the inlet medium temperature is too high, reduce the medium temperature and vent the steam in the rotary blower.
5、若是入口阀未开或是阀芯脱落,则应打开阀r]或换泵后进行检修。
5. If the inlet valve is not opened or the valve core falls off, open the valve r] or replace the pump for maintenance.
6.若是出口开度太大(小),则应进行适当调整各阀开度。
6. If the outlet opening is too large (small), the opening of each valve shall be adjusted appropriately.
7.若是封油带水,则应对封油罐进行脱水处理。
7. If the sealing oil contains water, the sealing oil tank shall be dehydrated.
8、若是塔或容器内液面液位低,则应暂时关小回转式鼓风机出口阀]或进行停泵处理,待液面上升后恢复。
8. If the liquid level in the tower or vessel is low, turn down the outlet valve] of the rotary blower temporarily or stop the pump for treatment, and recover after the liquid level rises.
9.若是叶轮或是内磨环磨损,则应适时进行更换。
9. If the impeller or inner wear ring is worn, it shall be replaced in time.
10.若是电机反转,则应及时调整转向。
10. If the motor reverses, the steering shall be adjusted in time.
