气力输送的设计从物料性质和输送量来计算:物料方面,物理化学性质

The design of pneumatic conveying is calculated from the material properties and conveying capacity: in terms of materials, physical and chemical properties

物理性质:粒径、容积密度、含水率、温度、流动性、破碎性、吸湿性等

Physical properties: particle size, bulk density, moisture content, temperature, fluidity, fragmentation, hygroscopicity, etc

化学性质:腐蚀性、毒性等一般采用物料的平均粒径、形状不同、物料的流动性不同

流动性好坏用静止角表示物料的化学性质、密度和硬度关系到设备的磨损,根据其程度选定设备的类型、结构及材质。

The fluidity is expressed by the static angle. The chemical properties, density and hardness of materials are related to the wear of equipment. The type, structure and material of equipment are selected according to its degree.

因设备的容量和规格必须根据单位时间内的输送量来确定。气力输送的设计需要工况参数:输送量、输送距离(垂直距离好水平距离)、来料方式、弯头个数、末端工艺等。当我们充分了解了参数后,才可以进行系统的设计和气力输送设备的选型。

Because the capacity and specification of the equipment must be determined according to the conveying capacity per unit time. The design of pneumatic conveying requires working condition parameters: conveying capacity, conveying distance (vertical distance, good horizontal distance), incoming material mode, number of elbows, end process, etc. When we fully understand the parameters, we can design the system and select the pneumatic conveying equipment.
