正压气力输送系统的特点和注意事项

正压气力输送是采用正压气源高速在管道中进行吹送的输送方式一般采用的气源有离心风机、罗茨风机、空气压缩机等。正压气力输送为动压输送方式,分为正压稀相输送和正压密相输送。正压稀相输送系统通常用于将散装物料从一个地点输送到一个或多个目的地,比负压系统输送的距离更长,容量更大。正压气力输送系统利用一个鼓风机与单一或多个下游物料入口点连接,每一个产品进入输送线通过一个旋转气锁阀,为了保持环境大气和输送线之间的压差。正压气力输送物料和空气在单次或多次使用点从管道出口吹出,通过过滤器接收器或旋风分离器进行分离,或直接进入工艺容器,排放到下游的除尘设备。正压气力输送系统提供比负压系统更高的效率,可以在更长的距离传输,可以直接吹入过程和存储容器,而不使用旋转气锁阀。

It has longer distance and larger capacity than negative pressure system. The positive pressure pneumatic conveying system uses a blower to connect with one or more downstream material inlet points. Each product enters the conveying line through a rotary air lock valve to maintain the pressure difference between the ambient atmosphere and the conveying line. The material is directly discharged into the container through the cyclone or the cyclone outlet, or the air is directly discharged from the downstream of the process separator through the cyclone outlet. The positive pressure pneumatic conveying system provides higher efficiency than the negative pressure system, can be transmitted over a longer distance, and can be directly blown into the process and storage container without using the rotary air lock valve.

There are many kinds of feeding devices available. Due to adverse pressure gradient, each type of feeder may leak air from the positive pressure pneumatic conveying system and carry dust.
