粉体气力输送的种类有哪些

现有的粉体气力输送可分为两类:

(1) Dilute phase pneumatic conveying

风速高,物料悬浮液在垂直管内均匀分布,在水平管内飞扬,孔隙率大。物料的输送主要依靠速度较高的空气形成的动能,故又称稀相动压输送

特点:由于物料流量大,质量流量小,颗粒与管道的碰撞摩擦严重,造成输送系统能耗大、磨损大,生产效率低。适用于输送质量小、粒径小、流动性强的物料

Features: due to large material flow, small mass flow and serious collision and friction between particles and pipeline, the conveying system has high energy consumption, large wear and low production efficiency. It is suitable for conveying materials with small quality, small particle size and strong fluidity

(2)密相气力输送

(2) Dense phase pneumatic conveying

风速在8~15MS之间。物质在管道中不再均匀分布,而是处于稠密状态,但管道没有被物质堵塞,因此仍依靠空气的动能输送,称为密相动压输送

混合粉体输送系统

混合输送系统在同一输送系统中既有正压又有负压。利用两种不同系统的优点,可以应用于更复杂的运输。混合系统可以是加压送料或负压吸料。

The mixed conveying system has both positive pressure and negative pressure in the same conveying system. Using the advantages of two different systems, it can be applied to more complex transportation. The mixing system can be pressurized feeding or negative pressure suction.

组合输送系统特点:可完成长距离输送,管道结构及气流变化较为复杂。同时,也容易造成输送系统的磨损,特别是风机。

特点:负压输送系统是理想的系统,由于输送管道内的压力低于大气压力,管道内不存在气体泄漏的问题,因此更适合输送有毒有害物质。
