离心式风机的工作原理与离心式鼓风机

离心风机的工作原理与离心风机在工作原理上有根本的不同,它并没有利用气缸容积减小来提高汽体压力,而只是通过改变动能来提高汽体压力。

The working principle of Centrifugal Fan is fundamentally different from that of Centrifugal Fan. It does not use the reduction of cylinder volume to increase the vapor pressure, but only changes the kinetic energy to increase the vapor pressure.

带有带有叶片的工作轮,当工作轮转动时,叶片带动汽体运动或获得动能,然后将一部分动能转变为压力能,从而增加汽体压力。这类压缩机由于在工作时不断地吸入制冷剂蒸汽,并在其半径方向不断向外旋转,所以称此型压缩机为离心压缩机。它们按装入压缩机工作轮的数量,分为单级和多级。

A working wheel with a blade. When the working wheel rotates, the blade drives the gas to move or acquire kinetic energy, and then converts some kinetic energy into pressure energy, thus increasing the gas pressure. 如只有一种工作轮,称为单级离心式压缩机,若由多个工作轮串联构成,则称多级离心式压缩机。

而在空调中,由于升压较小,所以一般都是采用单级制冷机,其它方面所用的离心式制冷机多为多级制冷机。单级离心式制冷机的结构由工作轮、扩压器、蜗壳等组成。

压气机在工作时,制冷剂蒸汽从吸汽口轴向进入吸汽室,并在吸汽室的导流作用下,从蒸发器(或中间冷却器)获得的制冷剂蒸汽均匀地进入高速旋转的工作轮,汽体在叶片的作用下,一边跟着工作轮作高速旋转,一边受离心力的作用,在叶片槽中作扩压流动,从而提高汽体的压力和速度。

When the compressor is working, the refrigerant vapor enters the suction chamber axially from the suction port, and under the guiding action of the Suction Chamber, the refrigerant vapor obtained from the evaporator (or the intermediate cooler) uniformly enters the high-speed rotating working wheel, under the action of the blade, the gas rotates with the working wheel at high speed, and the gas diffuses through the blade groove under the action of Centrifugal Force, thus increasing the pressure and speed of the gas.

由于工作轮出的汽体进入汽体截流截面积逐渐增大的扩压器4 (由于工作轮换时汽体的流动速度较高,扩散器将部分动能转换为压力能,从而提高汽体压力)。离心式风机厂家介绍,汽体流过扩散器时速度降低,压力进一步增大。通过扩散器后的汽体汇集到蜗壳内,再通过排气口引导至中间冷却器或冷凝器。
