罗茨风机跳闸应该怎么维修?

罗茨风机设备在使用可能会遇到跳闸的情况,这时候可能很多人一时间想到的是功率过大导致的,其实引起这种情况有很多种原因。

先来看一下设备的使用要求吧:输送进口介质的温度不得超过40,介质中微粒杂质含量不得超过1000mg/m3,颗粒尺寸不得小于0,1MM。采用加压时,不应超过鼓风机铭牌上规定的额定加压值。由于风机的结构特殊,根据工作需要,它与其它风机有许多不同,因此需要注意。

一、简单的跳闸

1、 Simple trip

这种情况下,罗茨风机有简单的跳闸现象,不易对其造成损坏。打开安全减压阀,启动离心风机,检查风机是否正常工作。

In this case, roots blower has a simple trip phenomenon, which is not easy to cause damage. Open the safety relief valve, start the centrifugal fan, and check whether the fan works normally.

二、因其他原因而发生的跳闸。

2、 Tripping due to other reasons.

1.电动机烧坏。

1. The motor is burnt out.

若电动机烧坏,无法启动罗茨风机,则须拆换电动机。罗茨风机不能承受压力,压强过大容易损坏电机,离心风机内力工作压力急剧上升,可能出现严重情况。

If the motor is burnt out and the roots blower cannot be started, the motor must be removed and replaced. The roots blower can not bear the pressure, too much pressure is easy to damage the motor, and the internal force working pressure of the centrifugal blower rises sharply, which may cause serious situation.

2.雷雨天气或大中型机械设备起动时,会引起电网工作电压的波动,造成变频器超压维护跳闸。

2. Thunderstorm weather or start-up of large and medium-sized mechanical equipment will cause the fluctuation of power grid working voltage, resulting in the maintenance trip of frequency converter overpressure.

3.长时间不能清除,造成变频器内板积尘过多或热管式散热器积尘过多,使积尘减少设备本身热排放的实际效果,造成变频器因维修机器设备而断电。

If it can't be removed for a long time, it will cause too much dust on the inner plate of the frequency converter or too much dust on the heat pipe radiator, which will reduce the actual effect of the heat emission of the equipment itself, resulting in the power failure of the frequency converter due to the maintenance of machinery and equipment.

4.电源系统工作电压过高或过低都会导致变频器过热,从而导致维修中断。当电源系统的工作电压超过410V时,变频器内部的热值就会增加,从而导致维修中断。当电源系统的工作电压低于360V时,变频器的工作电流就会增加,造成保护跳闸的过电流。

4. If the working voltage of power system is too high or too low, the inverter will overheat, resulting in maintenance interruption. When the working voltage of the power supply system exceeds 410v, the internal calorific value of the inverter will increase, resulting in the interruption of maintenance. When the working voltage of the power supply system is lower than 360V, the working current of the inverter will increase, resulting in the over-current of the protection trip.

5.变频器本身的难题,变频器等整流器模板全部损坏,在其它双作业中出现过流情况,引起跳闸。
