一、管道，管道的压力是一个容易导致风扇温度过高的因素，三叶罗茨风机根据不同口径在出风口有固定数量的主管，如果人为改变有特殊要求的管道口径，容易造成压力减小，在养殖方面，主管往往比较细，如果修改主管道口径，需要采取相应措施，保证风机压力正常。

二、工作环境，按照正常的设计标准，风机应该在风机泵房内运行，但根据笔者多年的经验，大多数三叶罗茨风机都是露天运行的，夏季因素的影响更加明显，如果条件允许，现场可配备制冷降温设备，尽可能避免环境因素对风机的影响，或配备隔音罩，配备散热装置。

三、风扇的配置，风扇的压力随着风量的变化是恒定的，但是经常会有小马拉车的情况，也就是小电机带大风扇，这样，为了满足使用流量要求，风扇会对电机造成比较大的负荷，从而导致电机烧坏，风扇烧坏。

四、安装风扇，如果刚开始新风扇的流量压力没有问题，没有过载或者发热，但是过一段时间就会开始燃烧，说明风扇需要重新检查皮带的松紧度，重新拧紧固定螺丝。

一、三叶罗茨风机开机前的准备和检查

电压波动值在380V10%范围内，三相电源不能异相;仪表和电气设备应完好，需接地的电气设备应可靠接地;风机与管道的连接，框架螺栓等，应紧固;齿轮箱中的润滑油应按照指定的品牌进行标记，并添加到机油标记线上;启动前用手转动滑轮2~3次，看有无异常;风机出口阀关闭，放空阀全开。

打开三叶罗茨风机排气阀和排气阀;启动电源，30秒后，如无异常现象(如金属摩擦、电流过大等)，逐渐关闭排气阀，使其正常运行;正常运行时，切勿关闭出口阀，以免发生爆裂事故;如果同时打开几个风扇，应该先打开一个，空载运行正常后再打开另一个，空载运行正常后(30秒)，关闭排气阀。

三、关机操作

四、风扇的巡视

风机正常运行后，每小时巡视一次，记录仪表读数(电压、电流、风压、温度等)每2~3小时一次，巡视时，注意风扇声音是否正常，运转时不应有摩擦声和撞击声，如有异常，立即停机检查。

During patrol inspection, pay attention to whether the fan sound is normal, and there shall be no friction sound and impact sound during operation.
