罗茨风机的运行原理及运行

罗茨风机是容积式风机的一种,有两个三叶叶轮在由机壳和墙板密封的空间中相对转动,由于每个叶轮都是采用渐开线,或是外摆线的包络线,每个叶轮的三个叶片是完全相同的,同时两个叶轮也是完全相同的,这样就大大降低了加工难度。叶轮在加工时采用数控设备,保证了两个叶轮在中心距不变情况下,不管两个叶轮旋转到什么位置,都能保持一定的极小间隙,从而保证气体的泄露在允许范围内。

Roots fan is a kind of positive displacement fan. There are two three blade impellers that rotate relatively in the space sealed by the casing and wallboard. Because each impeller adopts the envelope of involute or cycloid, the three blades of each impeller are exactly the same, and the two impellers are also exactly the same, which greatly reduces the processing difficulty. The impeller adopts numerical control equipment during processing, which ensures that when the center distance between the two impellers remains unchanged, no matter where the two impellers rotate, they can maintain a certain minimum gap, so as to ensure that the gas leakage is within the allowable range.

两个叶轮相向转动,由于叶轮与叶轮、叶轮与机壳、叶轮与墙板之间的间隙极小,从而使进气口形成了真空状态,空气在大气压的作用下进入进气腔,然后,每个叶轮的其中两个叶片与墙板、机壳构成了一个密封腔,进气腔的空气在叶轮转动的过程中,被两个叶片所形成密封腔不断地带到排气腔,又因为排气腔内的叶轮是相互啮合的,从而把两个叶片之间的空气挤压出来,这样连续不停的运转,空气就源源不断地从进气口输送到出气口,这就是罗茨风机的整个工作过程。

Then, two blades of each impeller, the wallboard and the casing form a sealing cavity, and the air in the air inlet cavity forms a sealing cavity during the rotation of the impeller, The sealing cavity formed by the two blades is continuously brought to the exhaust cavity. Because the impellers in the exhaust cavity mesh with each other, the air between the two blades is squeezed out. In this way, the air is continuously transported from the air inlet to the air outlet, which is the whole working process of roots blower.

运行条件

Operating conditions

1、输送介质的进汽温度通常不得大于 40℃。

1. The steam inlet temperature of conveying medium shall not be greater than 40 ℃.

2、介质中微粒的含量不得超过 100mg/m3,微粒更大尺寸不得超过最小工作间隙的一半。

2. The content of particles in the medium shall not exceed 100mg / m3, and the maximum size of particles shall not exceed half of the minimum working gap.

3、运转中轴承温度不得高于 95℃,润滑油温度不高于 65℃。

3. During operation, the bearing temperature shall not be higher than 95 ℃, and the lubricating oil temperature shall not be higher than 65 ℃.

4、使用压力不得高于铭牌上规定的升压范围。

5、罗茨鼓风机叶轮与机壳、叶轮与侧板、叶轮与叶轮间隙在出厂时已调好,重新装配时要保证该间隙。

6、罗茨鼓风机运行时,主油箱、副油箱油位必须在油位计两条红线之间。

7、检查进出口联接部位有无忘记紧固的地方,配管的支承件是否完备。需用冷却水的鼓风机、真空泵要检查冷却水的安装是否符合要求。
